Excavation Works

Filling Works

Technical scope includes:

Filling with ordinary earth and bond ash as per project specifications
Layer-wise spreading in controlled thickness
Moisture conditioning to achieve Optimum Moisture Content (OMC)
Blending and conditioning of materials for uniformity
Controlled placement in embankments, subgrades, and low-lying areas

Compaction Works

We ensure precision compaction to achieve specified density, strength, and long-term stability.

Technical scope includes:

  • Mechanical compaction using vibratory, smooth drum, and pneumatic rollers
  • Compaction to achieve specified Maximum Dry Density (MDD)
  • Field density testing as per IS 2720 and project QAP
  • Proof rolling and re-compaction of non-conforming areas
  • Continuous monitoring of levels, settlement, and surface tolerances

Bond Ash Filling & Ground Improvement

We have proven expertise in high-volume bond ash filling and compaction for ground improvement and embankment formation.

Technical scope includes:

  • Controlled bond ash spreading and moisture control
  • Layer-wise compaction to achieve required bearing capacity
  • Settlement monitoring and level correction
